We are now looking for service-oriented café and restaurant assistants for upcoming assignments with our clients. The position is a need-based employment and requires that you have another main occupation, such as studies, your own business, or other work.

About the job As a café/restaurant assistant, you will work in various establishments, which means a varied and social job. Your tasks may include preparing coffee, preparing salads and raw food, simple kitchen work, cash register work, helping with dishes, and contributing to keeping the café and restaurant environment clean and pleasant. You are an important part of creating a positive experience for the guests.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who has a twinkle in their eye, enjoys service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are flexible, responsible, and easily adapt to new workplaces and routines. Experience from cafés or restaurants and barista experience is a plus, but personal suitability and the right attitude are highly valued.

To thrive in this role, it is important that you enjoy customer contact and varied work. You need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English and be able to take initiative and collaborate with colleagues – all to provide customers and guests with the best possible experience.

Working hours are variable.
